1. What you are buying

VaporCheats sells a time-limited licence to use third-party software for Counter-Strike 2. You are buying access for the period stated on the plan you selected, not ownership of the software and not a transferable asset.

Licences begin when access is issued and run continuously from that point. They are tied to a single user and may not be shared, resold or sublicensed.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By completing a checkout you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and hardware risk

Using this software breaches the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the rules of Faceit, ESEA and other third-party platforms. It can result in the permanent loss of your game account, your inventory and your platform standing.

You accept that risk in full when you purchase. We do not compensate for banned accounts, lost inventory, lost rank or any consequence of enforcement action by Valve, Faceit or any other operator. No provider can guarantee that software of this kind remains undetected.

4. Acceptable use

Breaching any of the above terminates your licence immediately with no refund.

• Do not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile or repackage the software.
• Do not share your licence with other people or across multiple machines simultaneously.
• Do not use the software to harass, target or otherwise cause harm to specific individuals.
• Do not present the software as your own work or as affiliated with any game publisher.

5. Availability and updates

Game patches regularly break software of this type. When that happens the build is taken offline until it has been rebuilt and tested, and the status shown on this site is updated to reflect it.

Downtime is credited back to the affected licence term. We do not guarantee any particular turnaround time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Payment

Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only. Prices are displayed in US dollars and a 10% discount is applied at checkout.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the address shown, within the validity window displayed on the checkout page. Funds sent on an unsupported network, to an expired address, or in an asset other than the one selected cannot be recovered.

This website generates a deposit address and nothing else. It does not monitor the blockchain, confirm transactions or process orders automatically.

7. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects, compatible with your configuration, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or the software is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence term.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost accounts, lost inventory, lost data or lost time.

9. No affiliation

VaporCheats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Valve Corporation, Faceit, ESEA or any other platform named on this site. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the software after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
