Activated licences

Once a licence has been issued and activated it cannot be refunded. This is standard for software delivered this way — there is no way to take access back once it has been used, and the seven-day tier exists at $4.99 precisely so nobody has to commit a meaningful amount to find out whether it suits them.

If you are unsure, buy the shortest plan first.

Downtime credits

Counter-Strike 2 patches break software of this type regularly. When the build goes offline, the time it is unavailable is added back to every active licence automatically. You do not need to ask for this.

Credits are applied in days and appear at the end of your existing term. A build that is offline for 30 hours adds roughly a day and a half to every licence running at the time.

When we will refund

Raise any of the above through our Discord with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency and to the same network used for payment.

• The licence was never issued and no access was ever provided.
• You were charged twice for the same order reference.
• The build was offline for the majority of a short-term licence and downtime credits cannot reasonably make that up.
• You were sold a plan the software fundamentally could not run on, where that was clear before purchase.

What is not refundable

• A VAC, Faceit or other platform ban. This risk is stated plainly across the site and accepted at purchase.
• Deciding the software is not what you expected after using it.
• Not being able to meet platform requirements such as Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, IOMMU or VBS.
• Losing access because the licence was shared or resold.
• Routine patch downtime that has already been credited back to your term.

Payment mistakes

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover funds sent incorrectly. Funds sent on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, or to an address after its validity window has closed are not recoverable and are not refundable.

Check the network warning shown next to the address before sending. It changes with your selection for a reason.

Chargebacks

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged back. Any attempt to reverse a payment through a third-party service terminates the licence immediately.
